Frequently Asked Questions

They say knowing is half the battle. This is especially true in any matter that concerns your wealth and finances. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we get here at Impact Credit Company Credit Services. We hope you find them useful. Feel free to contact us should you need further help.

Is credit training legal?

Yes, it is perfectly legal. In fact, through our credit education and repair services, you will learn how to use the Fair Credit Reporting Act in your favor. The FCRA is a law that gives you every right to dispute any item on your credit report, thereby improving it. There are several scenarios that can be used in doing this.

Studies have shown that 79% (or about 8 out of 10) credit reports contain errors. Should you dispute these errors in your report, they will be removed if the disputed items aren’t verified within a given timeframe (usually 30 days). Most credit reports improve just from this step.

In case a disputed item does not contain an error, it will still get removed if the creditor or furnisher is unable to find any supporting records or signed documents within the specified time. Even if they say that the item has been verified, unless they can offer proof of it, the item will be removed from your report.

Our job is to help you prepare the necessary documents to challenge these items and improve your chances of getting your credit score back up.

Is it worth my time and money?

Credit bureaus may have you believe otherwise, but credit training and repair really do work—granted, of course, that you get advice from honest, experienced professionals. If your credit score falls under 720, our services will grant you long-term benefits

Note, however, that there are two main factors that may prevent you from getting the results you desire. These include your current financial situation and the timeframe in which you need to improve your credit rating. So long as these two factors are in the green, we can help you remove any item from your credit report, even the accurate ones. This can happen if the creditor for these items makes any mistakes or can’t provide proof within the required timeframe.

What can I expect from signing up with you?

Our team will be with your from start to finish, guiding you through the entire process and preparing all the documents you need. You won’t need to communicate with creditors and bureaus nor try to understand the complicated techniques and regulations of credit reporting yourself.

As credit repair experts, we have extensive experience working with various creditors and credit bureaus. We’ve spent a great deal of time educating ourselves about credit scoring and the laws that’ll help you improve your rating. We’re confident enough about our services that we offer you a flawless, money-back guarantee.

What is your 100% guarantee?

All our clients are entitled to a 100% refund on their monthly payments. Below are the conditions:

  • You have at least four negative items on your credit report when you signed up.

  • You do not remove any more than 25% of all the negative items worked on.

  • At least six months have elapsed since the time you retained our services.

  • You haven’t worked with a credit consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit score two years prior to signing up with us.

  • You agree to send us updated credit reports from the three credit bureaus within five days of receipt. (It is the client’s responsibility to make us aware of updated credit reports that haven’t been received. They should receive updated reports from the bureaus every 15 to 45 days.)

How long will it take to increase my credit score?

About 93% of our clients see an increase of 10 points or more within the first 35 days. After 180 days, their credit scores increase by an average of 80 points.

Why are your results different?

There are always two sides to the credit repair battle. Sometimes, we are successful in challenging the items in your report. Other times, the creditors and bureaus are able to respond to our challenge, leaving us with no case against them. Our clients are able to remove an average of 70% of the negative items appearing on their credit reports.

Will the removed items come back?

Items that have been removed from your report cannot come back as long as they are current or are paid at the time of removal, or if the collection has already lapsed by three years. There are only very rare circumstances in which this may not hold true.

What items can you help me challenge?
